Roofing? I thought you guys were home builders?

Many know us as home builders, but our roofing branch is relatively new compared to the rest of the company. As home builders, we had a need we could not fill with other roofers. As a builder, we strive to know every branch of our business, and pride ourselves on the fact that we can perform every trade ourselves. After our roofer retired in 2012, we began the arduous task of looking for someone who met our rigorous standards. What we found is most roofers now-a-days are simply contractors that do not know their trade themselves. Instead they rely solely on their sub-contractors. We were spending time training their roof techs on how to install flashing, and how to properly nail shingles. As such, we made the decision to employ our own roof techs and train them our way. We promise to bring this same attention to detail to your home, as we do our new construction. In fact, the same roof techs that do our million-dollar homes, are the same crews that you will have on your roof!
